How To Remove Blackheads Just by Using These Easy Home Remedies!

A lot of us, especially women hates having pimples, and blackheads, on their face. Blackheads is caused normally by the clogging of the hair follicles on our skin. When our pores are exposed to air, the particles inside our pores are oxidized and turns into black. Blackheads can be very unattractive and sometimes it leaves our skin damaged.

     Thankfully there are some easy ways to get rid of these blackheads, and all you need to do is to check the list below for these easy and efficient home remedies for your blackheads!

#1 Exfoliating the Nose
     When we exfoliate the skin, it removes the dead cells in our skin and it also cleans our pores, which will give your skin a healthy glow. And you can exfoliate your skin, with the use of baking soda and apple cider vinegar since these two are very good agents for exfoliating the skin. Just make a paste from these two ingredients plus some water and apply it directly on your skin and let it dry. Make sure that you'll rinse the dried paste with warm water!

#2 Using Steam and Scrubbing
     Boil some water and let the steam go in your skin, when your skin starts to sweat, scrub your skin gently to remove the blackheads. Hot steam can open up your pores and will make it easy for you to remove those unwanted blackheads that you've been wanting to remove.

#3 Oatmeal Scrub/Sugar Scrub
     If in case you don't trust the available scrubs in the market, you can make yourself an oatmeal scrub or sugar scrub as substitute.For the Oatmeal Scrub just mix two tablespoon of oatmeal, three tablespoons of yogurt, and lemon juice, while for the Sugar scrub, use Jojoba Oil and one cup of brown sugar and mix it. Apply the scrub on your skin and gently massage or scrub the skin. Leave it for a few minutes and make sure to use lukewarm water when washing it, to help you open up your pores and remove those unwanted blackheads.

#4 Clay Mask
     Mix 1 tablespoon of bentonite clay, this is available on any health stores out there, check on some drugstores too, add water or apple cider vinegar and make a really thick paste so that it'll be easy to apply and to make it stick on your skin. Let it dry on your skin and wash your skin with lukewarm water. Use this daily for better results.

#5 Egg Whites
     Yes, you've read that right! Separate the egg yolk from the whites, and apply it on your skin. Did you know that egg whites are rich in nutrients and it is very useful for your skin. Apply the egg whites on your face layer by layer, and once it starts to feel tight on your face, gently remove it while using a clean wet towel.
