Chinese Firms to Pay Disney and Pixar for Copying 'CARS'! Must See!

At Shanghai - a shanghai court has ordered two Chinese firms to pay more than 1.34 million yuan ( $194,440) to Walt Disney Co. and Pixar for the compensation of copying the parts of their hit movies "Cars" and "Cars 2".

Disney and Pixar has taken the matter to the court in which they've stated that the two Chinese firms copied the characters, titles, and even the posters from the movies Cars and Cars 2. The local animation was called "The Autobots" which was substantially similar to Cars/Cars2.

The court has agreed that the characters called K1 and K2 were similar to Disney and Pixar's animated cars Lightning McQueen and Francesco Bernoulli. The court has ordered the infringement activity to stop the local film immediately and has stated that Disney and Pixar should receive 1 million and three hundred fifty thousand yuan to cover any losses.
